ok some of you may remember me, i fought in court 2 years and after loads of faulse alligations, court ordered my a [censored] contact order, thanks to cafcass, i have pr, however. i stoped contact having out of the blue a very long time illness, in childs best interest, reflecting not my best move, i re aplide mediation, only to find not going forwards because of lock down, now im being informed that my child has been taken away from my ex due to serius neglect, by ss, and living with my exs sister,, what can i do now folks, im a mess.
Hi
Id get some legal advice if you can afford to.
At the very least contact SS to see if child has been removed permanently or on an interim basis.
You still have PR so SS should discuss situation with you. However depending on the previous allegations you may or may not be allowed to see child or have them placed with you.
Based on the current situation it make work in your favour if you contact SS, be the concerned father and agree to work with them on a progressive contact plan in order to build up contact.
At times like this child needs stability and so they may welcome your involvement.
Don't get hopes up but do keep positive.
Good Luck.
hi,
you have PR so you have more right to keep your kids then you ex's sister. speak to SS. they may tell you to apply to court.
shes been charged bill with child neglect.
