You need a fresh s7 report . an update to one which will likely be ordered. also u will need cafcass or social services to back you up as it will be all down to what they recommend as to what happens. that is a lot of contact from what i read...thats 8 nights out of 14 . you should be claiming all benefits and your ex should be coming to you for contact if thats the case

Is your child at school as if she was i would consider going to school collecting her with court order in pocket and not handing her back as you have safeguarding concerns . child would remain with you until mum initiates court proceedings which would take ages. she wont be able to get child back as schools are closed

yup already did that and the police came round and took my girl back to the abuse that was the last time i seen her 9 weeks ago, im pushing to enforce the last order then vary it for residency and yest I will push for an s7, SS and Cafcass are absolute scum all SS say is go to court and get custody, I told SS and the police i was keeping my girl and when I did SS said there were no issues so the police took her back, top has completely lost the plot and stopped both girls from attending school since feb 28th

even though I've not seen my girl for 9 weeks I have not seen top which is amazing Ive finally stopped pandering to her [censored] just to keep seeing my girl she's tortured me every day for 7 years and Im so pleased Ive finally stopped taking her [censored] i feel free and like i can get back to my usual self.

I'm pushing for residency as I really do not want to speak to or see her again I can't forgive anyone who force feeds their children sleeping tablets then anti depressents to bring them up in the day.

looking back ive realised my girl is hooked on sleeping tablets, thats why she has the ulcers, stomach cramps unable to poo and unable to eat much.

SS or anyone have never backed me up top has always blagged them that im the usual controlling nut job to deflect from her failings she has got away with it for 12 years, my girls sisters dad just walked away at birth as he wasnt having any of it but I'm fighting for my girl always that why I've had to suffer her [censored] for all these years.

With no backing you cant get residency. best thing to do is have loads of contact and have a great bond with your child. if things are that bad eventually your child will decide for herself to live with you . i appreciate this may take a while but you need to be patient as no professional services are fighting your corner

I've helped hundreds of dads see their kids and it been rare that any of them get backing off anyone and a majority of them have got residency or shared residency, to be honest I'm more concerned with enforcing the original order than getting residency as always is the case ask for more get less so I would be happy with shared residency and get back the contact I had in the last order.

It's so much easier helping others than helping yourself all of the dads I've helped keep telling me the same thing...."follow your own advice slim' lol

I went to see a close friend at the weekend who I helped and he had the help of the MF im considering he got residency with his case pretty much being a carbon copy of mine, when I was leaving he said look at my two kids in there, they wouldnt of even been here if it wasnt for you which was nice 🙂

I know this is going to take time so I've written off this year with seeing my girl as the backlog at the moment at court is just rediclous due to every parent in the land using covid as an excuse to stop contact

Nice one Bill, yeah that makes sense, I am pretty confident going LIP again but this MF is offering LIP training also and the £1200 was with her attending court for the day so we've had a chat today and she's saying £950 for filling out applications, position statements, reading researching new documents, paralegal work, ect ect.

although I done pretty well the 2 previous court visits I ended up with wishy washy orders which left it wide open for abuse and I've never been happy with what was ordered. the last visit she got an awesome lawyer who completely wiped the floor with me.

this MF has been highly recommended and shes helped a very close friend with contact with his kids, I helped my mate get residency of both his kids with the help of this MF.

as I said earlier I'm on a mission to get back on top after my career ended and I'm mega busy so i like the idea of having some help this time and I'd like to be an MF myself so like it that this MF is offering training.

I have checked out prices for barristers and theyre saying £1300 per day is the going rate.

I am actually really looking forward to court this time with a bit of support and I like it how my MF is always a message away anytime of the day.

thanks for the reply mate

barrister i used charges £900 per hearing. i came across others who were taking advantage of covid crisis. asking for £2000+ for final hearing. all that money for a remote hearing, just to sit at home and pick up the phone lol.

Mine was £2500 for a half day, and that was 15 years ago. He was very good though. I suppose whether they are standing in a court room or sitting at home on the phone, the setting doesn't make a difference to their expertise.
