[Solved] Statements

So,

I submitted a statement along with my application, c100 and we have had an emergency hearing but not a first directions hearing as yet.

I'm the emergency hearing, the judge ordered my ex to submit a reply statement which I received today.

In it she disputes everything I have said with alot of "I deny this" followed by an exploration as to why.

But at the top of her statement, she has made accusations of her own, one of benefit fraud and another that my current partner has alienated her daughters biological dad and that is what we are trying to do to her.

She claims that I initially moved in with my partner while still renting a house, this is untrue, there were frequent overnight stays however I still lived at the house and continued to rent it.

My partners daughters dad hasn't seen her for many years through choice, hasn't ever text or called, never received anything from mediation or from courts etc. It was an abusive relationship and when it initially ended, contact was at his mother's house but this was inconsistent and eventually stopped. He also has an older daughter, around 10 who he also hasn't seen for 7 years and another young daughter who I believe he has nothing to do with also.

What are the chances of these things being brought up in court? Is it relelvent to my case?

I am going for residency of the children with set days my ex sees them.

hi,

those allegations about benefit fraud will be ignored by court. has nothing to do with child arrangement application. Sounds like your ex is fixated on you and your partner. If these are all her allegations, then it looks very weak. I wouldn't worry about it.
