Hi guys
Im after some genral advice or tips on what to expect now. Basicly my ex suddenly stopped me seeing my 10m old and got nasty etc so I've filled in and submitted the c100 form doing it all myself cant afford a solicitor. I just kinda want to know whats next will she get legal aid and I end up fighting a solicitor etc shes on universal credit so kinda figuring I will. How long does it take to hear back from the courts as its been weeks now since i saw my little one and I wasnt exactly nice on the c100 form baicky ripped into her past n listed absolutely everything so much was told I didn't need to do mediation first as abuse was involved. Any experiences you guys have had fighting for kids and can share would be greatly appreciated im going ideally for primary care but mainly just 50/50 contact.

hi,

how long has it been since you submitted c100 and paid for it? if they don't have a huge backlog, you may hear from them after 1 or 2 weeks with a court date. court process usually lasts 4-6 months for straightforward cases. depends a lot on what kind of allegations your ex will be making to court.

Submitted and paid about 2weeks ago

Ex is going to have a hard time doing allergations as socail are involved and I have passed every check and test they have thrown my way and they have signed me off zero concerns and have proven inc with police she has made loads of false allergations etc. However I have subsequently used all this to.my advantage putting all this down on c100 form etc hoping her bad socail past goes against her but I dont hold hopes high for what im hesring of mother bias in family courts seems they can do anything they like and get away with it whilst farthers are left to suffer in silence
