They are never left overnight as far as i am aware.
Kids have been spending a lot more time with me anyway (give a day or two basically half the month) so does the stays quo have a bearing...ive had them more then i should've but am not getting any benefits...as the ex states why should i get paid to look after my own kids. Because she is in her eyes 'resident parent' it is fine for the gov to pay her to look after her kids.
Three solicitor's over last 3 years - none of them any help really if honest, last one was only one to mention CGT which is a massive complication. Basically i am screwed, whichever way i try to remedy it.
