Hi I am asking for my partner. We are in the tribunal system for Regulation 50. He has proof that he has his son more than 50/50 nights and days in the last two years, pays for all out of school activities , buys clothes when he is in his care, is in constant contact with the school and doctors ( although this has been a fight) haircuts etc . His ex has provided no proof of anything but has written a vile letter completely full of lies, as a result of which the tribunal has sent a Direction asking my partner about his earnings and his daughter and according to the solicitor the wording on the Direction from the judge is not impartial in its tone. Has anyone been faced with the tribunals new ability to widen their scope step cover finances and not just care ? And also has anyone faced the situation where the other side has just lied and thrown accusations of bullying and abuse about. If so have you just ignored it rather than defended yourself and stuck to provable facts ?
hi,
I have not experienced this.
I recommend you join this support group for payint parents. there are many there that have been in this tribunal situation:
