After 14 weeks waiting I have received notice from Court for 30 min remote hearing on Thursday pm.
If any dad has attended an enforcement hearing - please can you advise what I can expect at the hearing.
Also - do I have to file & serve a position statement with proof of all my attempts to secure contact and the ex ignoring my requests.
Thanks - pretty stressed out.
I have an enforcement hearing next month, i still don't know how is to be carried out yet, they have not confirmed this part? So I cannot help there, sorry. but please let me know how it goes.
You are allowed to submit a position statement, you can usually email this in to the court. I would recommend doing it as you need to highlight how obstructive she is being.
Good luck and keep us posted
Good luck for your enforcement, I would submit a position statement, not too long just pointing out the difficulties and why you are where you are. Submit evidence if you have but you need to reference it into your statement well.
Sadly we also applied 14 weeks ago and heard nothing. We feel nothing will happen. So frustrated.
