Thats not good if you dont get to see your kids until 30th march . It is a common thing woman do once they know they are going to family court is either to obstruct contact or threaten to . Also not always the false allegations can start to justify their actions. If you keep getting contact up until court hearing it looks good because it will be evident there is no safeguarding concerns as she is allowing contact to take place.
hi,
sorry to hear she has now blocked contact. I hope you are keeping record of these incidents, and present them at court. you could send her a politely worded message that it would be in her and the children's best interests for contact to resume, as it will look terrible on her now that courts are getting involved. Try not to react to her behaviour now, as if you turn up at her door, or lash out or be abusive in communications, she is going to use that against you in court.
hi
no i am ive seen them from 50/50 to being reduced to 10 nights out of the last 40 for one of my kids and ive seen my other two 13 nights out of 40 nights. im taking them any time my ex says i can
hi bill337....i have been seeinig them just heavly restrictd by her, i dont no were she lives and im not taking any of her bate
Your ex doesnt have to tell you where she lives. A lot choose not to disclose and keep it confidential. some temporarily /some permanent. Having contact right up until 30th march is good for you as it shows the court theres no safeguarding concerns as she is allowing contact to take place still.
I cant see you getting 50-50 contact unless ex agrees. Problem you have is they are 2,5 and 6 and are very young.
if your youngest goes to nursery you could probably get 12 nights out of 28 . If 2 year old isnt at nursery i think you should get all 3 every other weekend as you already got overnights. and some midweek contact .
Family courts will probably have you pick children up from school (once restrictions eased mar8th possibly) , so what you need to think about is what contact would take place with your youngest and how that would be arranged if she/he not at school at moment.. if not at nuresery/school at moment it might be that you have other 2 overnight and drop to school in morning for example. Half of the holidays and shared special days will be easy to get , but be case of perhaps having them defined in a court order.
