Can anybody advise if including photos of my children in my position statement is an acceptable thing for courts?

I want to show that they enjoy time with me.

hi superdad,

no I don't think you should add photos to your position statement. It will likely get rejected by court. Keep it formal. when court request documents, they are very specific about the number of pages, what size font to use, paragraph spacing etc.

if you are talking to cafcass, you can show some pictures to them.
