Pension after remarrying

My ex tried to screw me for more money by going through CMS.

She should have checked BEFORE going to CMS. I have been overpaying by 90%! For years!
I am better off now through CMS.

I am retired - on a state pension.

She is a headteacher earning £95k+.

My private pension does not kick in until 2029.

I have taken some of the lump sum.

She is remarried, but is now divorcing HIM!

Can she go after MY pension? After she divorces the latest?

If she does, can I go after hers? Hers will be MUCH more than mine!
