She is exempt from mediation if she has claimed domestic abuse

Get a C100 in ASAP but be warned, if she hasn't applied for a non-mol yet, she will probably do this as soon as she finds out you've applied for the CAO.

Usually courts will combine non-mol and child arrangements in to one set of proceedings.

It usually takes about 2 months to get a child arrangements hearing, so if that's your only option right now, it's probably better to get the ball in motion.
