So after 12 years, as per a mesher order my ex wife will have to sell the FMH, which a new court order done to activate the sale. My concern is that the house will go on the market and we will get a buyer, but what is there to force the sale? My ex wife can argue that she needs to find a new home, or cant get a mortgage or cant find anywhere to buy. Thus delaying the sale of the FMH.
Has anyone been through this and knows what can be done? or possible outcomes?

if sale does not happen, you can either try mediate directly with ex if possible. or last resort you can make another application for financial remedy, so courts can address any problems related to sale/original order.
