Looking for my son

Good afternoon I'm just looking for advice my son is now 12 and it's coming up now for 2 years since I've seen him his mum picked him up as normal after a weekend and he didn't come back and all phones were blocked I've heard he has moved but not sure where csn afford to pay for court but I need to see him and advice please thanks Dean

Hi,

You could self represent and apply to court. As your unable to contact/locate them, you can skip mediation. On form, If you tick; address unknown, courts can still attempt to locate them. If you need any help, you can private message me.

There is also a form you can complete, called seek and find: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/form-c4-application-for-an-order-for-disclosure-of-a-childs-whereabouts
