[Solved] Has anyone been to court or got a date recently?

I submitted a C79 form at the end of march and still not heard back regarding a date, I can't seem to get an update in terms of where they are with it?

has anyone managed to get a date or court hearing recently, how long was it until you got seen. I have not seen my girls since the 7th March and I do not think the ex will let me until she is forced to.

We are in the same boat Ferfer, applied April. So frustrated, we have not even had a call to pay yet.

My partner going to pop into our local family court today to find out what the [censored] is going on.
The telephone helpline are useless, they know nothing and just tell you how busy they are.
They last said our court was working 15 working days, but it's been about 40, they say the court we have applied to is not that far behind, but it clearly is or they've lost the C79 application.
Hopefully will know more from popping in today but holding no hope.

My solicitor completed the form and payment on my behalf, when I called them ages ago, they said they were working on 25 day turn around. I just want a date clarified just so I know when I can be heard!!

I emailed my application last week. It has now been 6 working days so not very long but on the form it says they would call for payment "within 3 working days."

I called and was told they are understaffed and it is more like 7-10 working days to take payment.

Good luck, call the court/ go there.

I will be calling them again this week if I still haven't heard about payment. Hard for me to go in when I work full time and website seems to suggest I need an appt to go to the counter...

I also got no auto-reply to the email but they said this has been playing up recently so they should have my email- but they wouldn't check the inbox to tell me for sure! Whoever I speak to on the phone is not controlling the court email address unfortunately.

My applications are c63/c100 so not the same as yours.

No call to pay and applied in April? That sounds terrible

My partner has been to our family court today and asked to pay, they advised him not to and obviously pointed out it would not speed things up, but he insisted on paying anyway.
So now can't do anything more than sit back painfully awaiting his application dropping on the doorstep and a date.
They are so useless, they can see his details, but cannot see how far down a list he is for processing.

On the other hand, my ex husband (yes 2 annoying exes under our roof! ) has applied for a c100 after 4 yrs of a successful set up, where he has our teen kids 3 x weekly!
He sent it in 23rd April, paid within the week and I got his application via post on the 7th of May, we have no date, but it's processed!
I don't get the logic, guys out there desperate to see their babies and they are sat in a back log!
