These are extraordinary times and for the next weeks many of us will now be coping with family life in lock-down.
Fegans, the 150 year old charity that owns Dad.info most often works with parents and families in homes offering evidence based interventions that support the whole family but of course, for now, that isn't possible so instead we are offering their help here, completely for free.
Just ask any question about family life - and we will do our best to answer as soon as possible. You just need to choose a simple username and password to sign up to our forum.
This help is available free for anyone caring for a child whether you are a Mum or a Dad, resident, non-resident, step or Grandparent and you would like some support with any aspect of your family life then please leave a message here in the families section of our forum. Children challenge us from day one but our parent support workers will help you through.
– how to build a positive relationship with your child
– understanding the causes of behaviour
– behaviour management
– looking after ourselves
Please say hello here, or feel free to start your own question within the Families Category.
