finally got my date confirmed for my enforcement hearing, 19th Aug so hopefully just another month of this nonsense.
Does anyone know if I will have the opportunity to discuss that my ex is manipulating my eldest child during our calls?
I have had to discuss with her solicitor, a month ago, a facetime call failed because my ex called me without un-blocking my number and it would not connect. I have shown her solicitor my call history as i attempted to call her back in-between her calling me, My ex said I didn't answer the call (which my eldest daughter told me off for this weekend) I called apple support and the confirmed this was the case. I just hope it gets sorted out this time.
hi,
you could tell court that ex being difficult with calls and obstructing. if call fails, she can re-arrange a time to try again. we were using zoom. then ex switched to some other app. they couldn't get it to work, so switched back to using zoom. hopefully when normal contact resumes, you won't have to focus so much on calls.
