Hello, my ex has moved out of the area and is taking a. Court order to attempt to my 5yo daughter from a great state school she loves to a private school Nearer her.
I could write a huge essay on why I think this is a bad idea for my daughter and although it would be terrifying I am tempted to represent myself as not sure I can afford the fight against her millionaire partner and dad.. we have been equal comparenting and I am also worried this is a play around that..
Anyone with any experience in this battle or representing themselves?
Many thanks
Probably need a bit more info re why you are against the move to better understand. How much further from you will child be etc?
Got to weigh up whether this is a battle within the war that is worthwhile..
If she has already moved out of the area then you wont be able to stop your ex moving your child to a school closer by i am afraid. I would probably try and talk to ex and see how you can together work to a fair solution so you still see child which can be done in numerous ways
