Hi,
After 11 years of going through the courts my latest bid was thrown out yesterday.
In Sept 2022 I applied to the courts and cafcass recommended I go to domestic violence courses to further my case(this was due to harassment and nasty messages online nothing physical). After my hearing Cafcass closed my case. This went on for 2.5 years and yesterday my case was dismissed.
Now, in order to file a new hearing I need to get permission from the courts using a C2(think), this is because I hadn’t done what they’ve asked previously. I’m in a pickle because to be granted permission from the courts I’m assuming I need to show the courts that I’ve started these courses they requested in 2022 and showing I’m putting my best foot forward, but I can’t find any. Plus I live in rural Scotland so it will need to be zoom meetings.
can anybody answer what permission to courts entails and where do I look to find these courses?
hi,
can you check your court order to see did they state it has to be a RESPECT accredited course?
if so check this directory:
not showing courses in Scotland area, but you can try closest ones and see if they offer remote courses.
it sounds like court placed a barring order on you. so ideally you would have to fully complete a course first. then you seek permission to apply to court using C2 form. this is standard for English family courts.
