hi no i was contacting solicitors today i will look at the link thank you very much
hi,
a solicitor will charge you hundreds to make a court application. You can do it online yourself:
c100 child arrangement order: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/form-c100-application-under-the-children-act-1989-for-a-child-arrangements-prohibited-steps-specific-issue-section-8-order-or-to-vary-or-discharge
have you spoken to a family mediator? they would need to give you permission to make court application.
hi no today she refused to go to mediation again i did it on my own back in june and started it last night with the first part which then get to ask my ex if she will do it..
however she wont . so i must contact the mediator tomorrow to get the form number off her i think. thanks for getting back to me . this is so overwelming
