Hi,

if people are waiting to make applications and trouble making payments, check out the spreadsheet here, has all the courts in the country, and which one are open to public and staffed. if your one is open and staffed, you could go there and pay in person. take application reference number with you.

hi,

a solicitor will charge you hundreds to make a court application. You can do it online yourself:

c100 child arrangement order: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/form-c100-application-under-the-children-act-1989-for-a-child-arrangements-prohibited-steps-specific-issue-section-8-order-or-to-vary-or-discharge

have you spoken to a family mediator? they would need to give you permission to make court application.
