hey guys its my 1st time here

ive been to mediation other my four year old son about 6months ago.

i love my kids to bits but the mother is making my life so hard to see them..

after mediation i was allowed to have my kids every weekend..

then covid 19 hit

so i talked to the mother of my son and said as we dint know how bad covid is going to be.. its best he stays with you so we dont risk his life . so i will ring two times a week. i did ask for more

but now she has stop me seeing them. telling me to take her to court even tho it was my idea to stop to keep him safe

its really getting me down.. i wish we could sort this out as adults but they is no talking to her at all she just kicks off all the time

im going to apply to court but a have no idea witch form i need

hi,

you will need to fill in a c100 form. you should be able to apply online:

https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/form-c100-application-under-the-children-act-1989-for-a-child-arrangements-prohibited-steps-specific-issue-section-8-order-or-to-vary-or-discharge

you will need to attend mediation. you can contact the mediator you used previously. if your ex is not interested in any more mediation, they can give you permission to make court application. costs £215
