Does anyone have an experience in agreeing arrangements via a concent order before it the final hearing? Final hearing isn't until April now which is ridiculous, they've literally just caused delay.
I very much doubt we can come to an agreement but if we did, could we apply for a concent order and get it dealt with prior to the final hearing?
Wishful thinking...
If you actually agreed something before final hearing by consent. Theres no reason why you can start following the contact you agreed by consent immediately. I do agree it is wishful thinking though
you can come to an agreement at any time and start following this.
If you did manage to reach agreement, you can ask your lawyer (if you have one) to draw up a consent order and have this sent to the court. If you don't have a lawyer, you can inform the court that you are in agreement and ask for a shorter hearing to be listed perhaps?
Provided there are no welfare concerns that need to be taken in to consideration, the court always welcomes any agreement that parents can reach
