My daughter is 18 and soon finishes her A Levels. She wants a gap year before University. Likelihood is she will enroll on a part time college course this September and get a part time job. If she is studying and working part time, will I still be liable for maintenance?

Hi,

Child Maintenance continues as long as child stays in full time education (but not advanced like uni). Full time education is classed as doing minimum  of more than 12 hours a week.
