Afternoon

Looking for some advice, I currently have my kids half the time but only on days which suits my ex partners work. I'm paying 650 child support payment a month, doesn't seem right to have the kids half the time but still be paying such a large payment . I also still provide clothing school uniforms etc.

Any advice is appreciated

Hi,

If you have equal day to day care, then should not be paying maintenance:

You need a child maintenance arrangement if:

one parent does not live with the child, or the parents do not equally share care
