Good evening,

I am currently disputing with CMS of ongoing payment and arrears accumulated..

2023 my ex partner abducted our child and fled to N.Ireland with her failure to comply with a court order to return to uk.
subsequently our child was to live with myself until further order.

This was documented with CMS in 2023 and are still trying to claim I pay them?

please could anyone advise on who is best to contact about this, and what path would be appropriate to proceed with this matter?

any help would be greatly appreciated

many thanks

hi, if child is still living in NI then CMS would ignore court order and still class you as non resident parent. are you still going through courts to have child returned to you?
