Hi,
I would really appreciate some advice! I have am 18 year old, 19 in <ay who is currently at college (I'm sure part time, but apparently full time). I was wondering when I stop paying his maintenance (personal agreement, CSA not involved), is it when he finishes his last exam or leaves college to go on study leave?
I've paid every month since he was a baby, never missed a payment, paid whilst he wasn't in full time education (after he was kicked out of college) and have been paying more than I should since I gave up a better paid job.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
