Hello. I'm new to this forum site so i'm not sure if i'm posting in the right place.
It has been confirmed by the courts that my child access is not going to be shared care moving forward until i can provide my children with their own rooms. However, It has been confirmed within the order that once rooms are available the shared care can return. In the meantime i will have to pay child maintenance. Would anyone know if child maintenance can be flexible monthly? depending on how many nights a week i have my children?
At the moment the order is 2 nights one week and 3 nights the week after. But within the court it was agreed the children can stay a full week (Mon-Sun) within the summer holidays and possibly extra nights through the weeks.
Thanks in advance.
Child maintenance is based on multiples of 52 nights per year, for each 52 nights it's reduced by 1/7th - if the childs mother disputes the number of nights, you may have a battle with CMS to prove it though
