[Solved] Child maintenance

I’m currently on shared parental leave and it’s past the 39 weeks so no I will be getting no pay my Childs mother is threatening me with CSA for my other child but I’m getting no money to pay her can you advise me please

hi,

are you registered with CSA? (now CMS). they are advising that if your income has dropped by 25% or more due to the virus, then you contact them and they will reduce your payments.

if you don't have a job to go to, best option would be to sign up for universal credit. then you can register with CMS (£20 fee), and they will still ask you to pay £7 a week in maintenance, which is quite bizarre.
