I pay 200 pounds per month for child maintenance but my income is not too big. Is there any benefit that can help me? Thank you very much for your help....

hi,

are you paying maintenance through Child maintenance service? if you are and your kids stay overnight with you, then they can reduce your maintenance payments. they also reduce if your paying into a pension, or if you have other children living with you.

@bill337 Thank you very much for your answer. No, I just give my ex-wife 200 pounds per month.... I can see my daughter every week ... no problem with that but she is not sleeping at my home. So I don't want to refuse the money. I ask only for the monay. If the government can helps me with any benefit.... Thank you again for your help...
