hello ive sent my c100 from to the court as my ex has refused mediation twice in 9 months. yet i dont no her address so ive had to post a c4 form to the court. i was a 50/50 parent now shes stopping me from seeing them like this.
only seeing the kids twice in 17 days...
and shes fully aware of all the delays because of covid etc...
dos anyone no how long it takes to find somone using a c4 form? i no shes living very close to my address as per when we met to exchange the children.

not sure how long it takes with C4 form. in my case I just put down ex' family home address as they are always together on weekends.
are you still in contact with her? if you get a hearing date, you can let her know about it.
