[Solved] C1a help!

Hi,

Ex’s solicitors sent me the c7/c1a in response to my c100 application. It’s actually not too bad- just repeats the non-mol (no specific dates and nothing terrible thank god!)

Anyway, I’m here to ask- do I respond to this c1a here or do I wait for the court to send me a copy? I’ve been calling the court and they have no even received her c7/c1a yet as there is a backlog.
I’m assuming I wait for the court version but does anyone know for sure ??

Please help.
Thanks

hi,

if i remember correctly, when you did your c100 form and you made allegations in a specific section for it, then it falls on your ex to respond to allegations and send to you. and that's it.

Oh okay. I didn’t make any allegations (dont want to delay things and I have no evidence/ it is in the past.)
It’s her who has made a c1A and her solicitors have sent it to me. So shall I respond now? The court won’t send me a copy in due course will they?
Thanks
