Hi all, I am filling out a C100 form online, there is a section that asks if i want to submit the order with or without notice. If I choose without notice it asks me why I want to. Does this simply mean have I told my ex I am applying or not?

hi,

think you should choose with notice. without notice is usually when it's an emergency, for example child is in danger or risk being taken out of the country.
