I am a separated dad renting a 1 bed flat through a local housing association. My daughter stays overnight every Wednesday, alternate weekends and half of all school holidays. She turns 10 in 2 weeks. She currently sleeps in my room on a put me up bed.
What, if any, are her rights with regard to having her own room? Are the housing association obliged to provide a 2 bedroom property? I am in full time employment but would struggle to afford a 2 bed property in the private rental sector on my current salary.
I would be so grateful if someone could give some advice and guidance with this matter.

Housing association would not provide 2 bedroom as you havent got residency i am afraid
