Hi ,

Nervous first time poster here. Was wondering if anyone could suggest a solicitor who is experienced in supporting/advising fathers when dealing with aggressive and demanding ex-partners. Mine is currently trying to reduce my contact with my son by dictating changes to our agreed contact plan for the year. I need a strong solicitor to assist me in defending my position and maintaining my ability to see my son.

Many thanks for any assistance.

Hi,

how old is son? if age 10 ajd above, then social workers will take his views more seriously. then if he wants to spend more time with you, will be very difficult for ex to prevent that. I don't think you need solicitors, if you do take them on, then looking at costs of £15k and above possibly. with right guidance you can self represent. feel free to get in touch if you need help. sending you private message.
