I am paying £300 per month (£150 spousal and £150 to my son who is 24 and receives £700 per month disability benefit of which his mum saves and does not spend)
We have been divorced 10 years(absolute etc)
How long do I have to keep paying this ?
hi,
do you have an agreement that states you have to pay £150 to your son, and up to what age?
Hi
Yes I have an agreement set out by a judge and also that I pay my ex £150
The judge did not put a time element in the order
ok, so if no time element in the order, then you have to pay this for rest of their life? i think you should book a free consultation with solicitor to find out what your options are.
