Parentline Plus is a national charity that works for, and with, parents. They offer a 24-hour confidential helpline for parents.

You can talk to them and be listened to, to work things out and find solutions to any family problems.

In the UK there are over 24m people who parent – it’s not just dads and mums who do it. Families come in all shapes and sizes.

Grandparents, stepparents, brothers, sisters, other relatives, friends and foster carers are all involved in raising happy, healthy children.

Parentline Plus works to offer help and support through an innovative range of free, flexible, responsive services – shaped by parents for parents.

What can they do for me?

You can talk to them on their 24-hour helpline about anything that is worrying you. They get calls about a range of issues affecting parents – mums and dads – and their families from having a new baby, starting a new relationship or disagreements in the family, to issues with teenagers, school, homework, sleep or eating patterns.
