Equal Parenting Council

mattz118

mattz118

A campaign group aiming to transform the family justice system. It promotes the idea of shared parenting after a divorce or separation. This means giving both parents frequent contact with their children, equal legal status and a say in important parenting decisions.

What can it do for me?

If you are having difficulty obtaining contact to your kids, the Equal Parenting Council is campaigning on your behalf. Its website is currently being renovated, but will contain lots of information about dealing with CAFCASS and the family courts, and post separation parenting when it is finished.
